The partial refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the number of unused credits remaining in your account at the time of the refund request.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period has expired
  • Accounts that have used all allocated credits
  • Subscriptions that have been canceled and reactivated multiple times
  • Cases of account misuse or violation of our Terms of Service

5. Subscription Cancellations

Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but does not automatically qualify you for a refund of the current billing period. To cancel your subscription:
